The 4th Annual Back to the ‘80s Scavenger Hunt and Pub Crawl Fundraiser
Thank you all for coming out to the 4th Annual Back to the '80s Scavenger Hunt and Pub Crawl fundraiser and supporting Family Network on Disabilities on May 18! Moving the event from July to May certainly gave us the awesome weather we were hoping for! We hope you had a great time and are looking forward to the next one as much as we are (stay tuned for the date!)
YOU helped raise almost $2,000 to serve families with disabilities!
Even though the weather was near perfect, attendance was a little less than in years past, so each of our five fabulous sponsors (we really do refer to them as the Fab Five) donated $100 to FND so that we didn't realize a decrease in the money raised! Isn’t that amazing? We are so grateful to
The Chic a Boom Room
Flanagan's Irish Pub
The Dunedin Smokehouse
for their continued support of the community and the organizations that serve it. Please show your support to these community-based establishments where the food, drink, and hospitality can’t be beat.
We also want thank the many supporters who donated prizes for the Scavenger Hunt and costume contest winners:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Congo River Golf
Weeki Wachee Springs State Park
Dunedin Stirling Links
The Florida Aquarium
Tamp Bay Grand Prix
Skincare & Boutique
Soho Tanning Spa
Glazer Children's Museum
Tampa Bay Rays
Tampa Improv Comedy Theatre
Stirling Tropical Wines & Gifts
Ruth Eckerd Hall
Art from the Heart Café

But mostly we want to give a shout-out to YOU . . . the people who dress up in costume and bring your adventurous and generous spirit to Dunedin while supporting a good cause! We hope to see you again next year!

the future of our family driven organization has been carefully developed and is
continually monitored and adjusted to meet the needs of the disability
community. Grant seeking, fund raising, and corporate sponsorship will be
pursued to endow the full range of programs and activities provided by Family
Network on Disabilities, including the following priorities:

- Parent to Parent support services
- Adult services focusing on the individual and family after the school-age years
- Building fund
- Developing scholarship and other financial support programs
- Community partnerships
These are only a few of our plans for the future. We ask for your financial
support in bringing these priorities from goals to viable, active programs and
services. None of us can achieve this alone, but, together we can create this
and so much more! Be a part of the future of disability services in Florida by
